Contracted by Snape Contracting, we delivered works at Chandos House, Cheltenham College.

The first phase of the project involved the extensive refurbishment of 19 rooms within Chandos House; the oldest girls’ Boarding House at Cheltenham College. Snape's team of highly skilled operatives delivered the refurbishment with a 100% defect free finish against a tight 8 week programme. Timely completion ensured it was ready for the beginning of the Michaelmas Term and there was no disruption to the school calendar.

 

Works were delivered to shower rooms, bathrooms and toilets included the removal of existing fittings, hacking off all tiles, installation of new M&E services, sanitary ware, whiterock and complete redecorations.
